Working Together

Creating custom art is a collaborative process. I am human, and I recognize that you are too. My goal is to create artwork you will truly love. Open communication, kindness, and patience help make the process enjoyable and ensure the final piece matches your vision. Clear reference materials, timely responses, and honest feedback make a huge difference in how smoothly a project goes.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date or commission. This helps me plan your project with care and ensures your spot is secured. The remaining balance is due when the piece is completed or before it is shipped.

Custom Work & Pricing

All commissions are made-to-order and unique. Once a project has started, sales are final. Custom sizes, subjects, or concepts may affect pricing and timelines. Pricing ranges listed on the site are starting points. Rush orders or additional revisions may be available for an extra fee.

Live Event Painting

Live painting is available for select events and is subject to scheduling and travel requirements. Pricing may vary depending on the length of coverage, location, and number of subjects being captured.

Tribute & Memorial Pieces

I create tribute portraits of loved ones who have passed with sensitivity and care. Reference photos are needed, and timelines may vary to ensure each piece is approached thoughtfully.

Reference Photos & Accuracy

I rely on the photos or descriptions you provide to create accurate portraits or scenes. The quality of your references helps me capture the details you love most.

Materials & Mediums

I work in watercolor and acrylic unless another medium is requested. Colors may vary slightly from photos or screens due to lighting, monitor differences, or the behavior of the paint.

Copyright & Usage

Original artwork cannot be reproduced, printed, or copied without permission and purchase of the rights. You are welcome to display or gift your piece, but any reproduction or sale of prints requires prior approval.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are additional and are based on size, destination, and packaging. I take care in preparing your artwork for shipping but cannot be responsible for damage that occurs once it leaves my studio.

Turnaround Times

Timelines vary depending on the project size, complexity, and my current workload. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Digital Files

Digital copies or scans may be provided upon request. Digital files are separate from the original artwork.
