Terms of Service

By purchasing artwork or services from Sallyluwhoocreations, you agree to the following terms.

Payments

Full payment or a stated deposit is required to secure all orders and bookings. Deposits for commissions and live event painting are non-refundable. Work will not begin until payment is received.

Custom Commissions

Commissioned artwork is created based on the details provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all reference photos and information are accurate before work begins. Once a commission is started, it may not be canceled or refunded. Minor adjustments may be made at the artist’s discretion during the process.

Live Wedding and Event Painting

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date prior to the event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services. The artist retains creative discretion in composition and style.

Shipping and Delivery

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sallyluwhoocreations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.

Copyright and Usage

All artwork created by Sally Lu McAfee remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright. Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Sallyluwhoocreations reserves the right to photograph and share commissioned work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Sallyluwhoocreations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase or use of artwork or services.
