Processing Time

Original artwork and completed commissions ship within the timeframe stated at purchase. Custom commissions and live event paintings will ship after completion, as communicated during booking.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sallyluwhoocreations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delivery and Delays

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. Sallyluwhoocreations is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the item is in transit.

Damage in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the artwork. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
